BHC Sostenible 2020, S.L. nace de la asociación de dos profesionales del sector de la Construcción con más de 20 años de experiencia en la gestión de obras y decididos a apostar por el resurgir de este sector pero conforme a nuevos criterios de sostenibilidad y eficiencia. José Ramón y Juan Pedro han desarrollado, como máximos responsables de ejecución a pie de obras, una extensa producción con diferentes tipologías de Construcciones y Clientes liderando proyectos de Unifamiliares, Residenciales, Hoteleros, Industriales, Edificios Religiosos y Centros Docentes y Viviendas para la Administración Pública.
El objeto de BHC Sostenible es la construcción de toda tipología de obras de construcción con la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito de la rehabilitación, eficiencia energética y accesibilidad universal, desarrollándose continuamente en estas competencias.
Nuestros compromisos con el Cliente y la Dirección Facultativa son la calidad de ejecución conforme a las especificaciones contractuales del Proyecto e indicaciones del Director de Obra. El plazo de ejecución estipulado será un hito de imprescindible cumplimiento. El coste esperado por el Cliente es sin duda parte de nuestras obligaciones. BHC Sostenible 2020, S.L. born from the association of two professionals from the Construction sector with more than 20 years of experience in the management of works and decided to bet on the resurgence of this sector but according to new criteria of sustainability and efficiency. José Ramón and Juan Pedro have developed, as top executives at the construction site, an extensive production with different types of Constructions and Clients leading projects of Single Family Houses, Residential, Hotel, Industrial, Religious Buildings and Teaching Centers and Households for Public Administration.
The objective of BHC Sostenible is the construction of all types of construction works with the incorporation of new technologies in the field of rehabilitation, energy efficiency and universal accessibility. The company is continuously developing in these competences.
Our commitments with the Client and the Project Manager are the quality of execution in accordance with the contractual specifications of the Project and indications of the Project Manager. The stipulated execution period will be a milestone of essential compliance. The cost expected by the Client is undoubtedly part of our obligations.
